In Loving Memory of
Rev. A. Win Srogi
1941 ~ 2018

Reverend A. Win Srogi, 76, passed into Spirit on Tuesday, January 9, 2018 while on vacation in Rowlette, Texas, surrounded by his beloved family. He spent 35 years of his active life dedicated to building, preserving, and serving the students and members of the Indiana Association of Spiritualists in Chesterfield Indiana. He was a much beloved teacher, mentor, and clairvoyant.

Born December 27, 1941, in Berkley, Michigan, he is survived by his daughter Megan Garland, sons, Win Srogi II and Wade, and their children and grandchildren.

Win was an ordained minister, clairvoyant, astrologer, Qabalistic Tarot specialist, healer and director of the Metaphysical Program with the Indiana Association of Spiritualists at Camp Chesterfield. Rev. Win Srogi and his wife Shirley first came to Camp in the late 1970s to continue their metaphysical and Spiritualist studies with the specific intention of ordination.

In 1984, they moved to Camp Chesterfield and were ordained. In 1998 he and Rev. Louise Irvine cofounded the School of Metaphysics to establish an educational link between the religion of Spiritualism and the metaphysical principles that support it. Rev. Win’s Hermetic Tarot readings and flower messages from platform were a favorite at Camp’s Gala Message services, as well as his fire walks and Full Moon Meditations around the Sacred Fire Circle.

He enjoyed working with the koi fish and plants in his Gnome garden outside his home at Camp Chesterfield. He worked tirelessly to maintain the beauty of Camp’s park, buildings and the sacred grounds. A beloved teacher and mentor to many, Rev. Win served in many capacities with the IAOS, including as president, treasurer and trustee. His physical presence will be missed, but his legacy of kindness, generosity and vision continues.
