The Friends of Camp Chesterfield (FCCF), a non-profit organization dedicated to the historical/traditional preservation of the grounds, structures, and facilities of “Historical Camp Chesterfield", filmed a series of interviews as part of an oral history project.

These interviews were made possible by a Historical Preservation Education Grant from Indiana Humanities, Indiana Landmarks, and The National Endowment for the Humanities and are full of fascinating stories of our wonderful camp.

The FCCF has nearly completed the oral history project of interviews of Camp Chesterfield mediums. The process of transcribing the scripts has begun.

Many thanks to The Friends of Camp Chesterfield, Indiana Humanities and all those who participated!

We are reposting the oral history project interviews here for your enjoyment.
